This policy describes what information the AYNAM website (aynam.in) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. AYNAM is an independent software studio based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number (if you choose to provide it), project type, budget range and your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to manage the resulting engagement.

Submissions are stored in a database operated by AYNAM so the enquiry is not lost if email delivery fails. We do not use this information for marketing unless you explicitly ask to stay in touch.

We may collect privacy-respecting, aggregated website analytics (page views, referral source, approximate country, device type) to understand which parts of the site are useful and where performance needs improving. This data does not identify you personally.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information you send through the contact form is visible only to the AYNAM team members responding to your enquiry and to the infrastructure providers required to run the website (hosting, database and email providers).

The public site does not use advertising cookies. A single session cookie may be set if you use any authenticated area of the site (for example, a client or employee portal), and only there.

You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@aynam.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
